General Wolves News

Can’t see Semedo signing a new contract. It’s up isn’t it?
Apparently he wants to stay in principle. I don't see how we can offer one he'd accept until after the season, but him not yet signing a pre contract elsewhere suggests he's at least happy to keep his options open.

Not sure how much difference it makes, but you'd think/hope him now being captain would help.

I don't think we're in a '£100k per week right back' territory for 25/26 unfortunately.
Agreed but the £60k/£70k I'd expect us to offer for a 2 year deal would still be competitive I'd have thought outside of the retirement leagues. Probably a pointless discussion anyway as it involves us staying up.

Blackburn away allocation sold out. Are they likely to allocate more does anyone know?

The upper tier would be our extra allocation. But don’t know if we’d shift another 4000 odd tickets.

Wonder how many they have to shift to make it worth opening. Assume they haven’t sold any to home fans yet?

Presuming the upper tier will remain empty?

Trying to buy one. It'd be helpful if the fucking website was halfway functional.

Seems strange to me. We’d have sold that out given the original allocation went before it got to STH without additional points by the weekend. Surely Rovers are just turning money down for a match they won’t draw much of a home crowd for? Also one to bear in mind when looking at a poor FA Cup gate. Actual demand for this game is a decent 4 figure number above the final number.

It'll be Wolves that have declined to take up the full allocation.

I managed to get 2 eventually as well. Word of advice to everyone, don't try to navigate the Wolves ticket website while also shelling about a million chickpeas. Seriously frustrating.

Wonder why we aren't taking the full allocation, I think we could have sold the full stand based on demand despite the ko time. Was hoping to get a ticket for it. Ah well.
