Live Match Discussion 2024/25

Only ever been one team in it, I’ve watched Inter quite a few times this season on a Sunday night and they often flatter to deceive.

I see Hakimi didn't celebrate against his former club despite him scoring in a European Cup final...Neto should take note.

Or people should be less precious about someone scoring a goal. Hakimi played less than 40 games for Inter nearly five years ago, no one would have given two fucks if he'd have celebrated. Well other than Inter fans who'd be pissed no matter who had scored for the opposition.

Fans need to get over themselves and for starters realise the players don’t love the club to the level we do.
Its a profession and you probably should show loyalty to the ones paying you well not ones who did it previously.

Woooosh.

To clarify, It's absolutely fucking ridiculous that he didn't celebrate his goal in a European Cup final. Doesn't matter if he'd played 400 games for Inter.

Although if Fabio Silva ever comes back to Molineux and scores for someone else and celebrates, he should be hoisted from the nearest lamppost ;)

Third goal is bonkers from Vitinha, what a beast

He celebrates like he’s won the World Cup when he scores in a pre season friendly or the 8th goal against Liechtenstein U21s because he’s a massive, absolutely whopping cunt.

So I dread to think what happens if he scores past us.

Not really. As fans we never know what went on behind the scenes and the affection he may have for the club. We don't know how many friendships he formed or how he actually may have loved playing for that team. It's a personal thing for each player. Having seen Neto do what he did, it was like a dagger to the heart of our fans given the respect some other players have shown us. Sure, it's a profession but each player gets to choose how they react in the game circumstance.

It's a totally different game in so many ways - this being one of them.

I will always remember Denis Law's famous back heal goal for City that effectively relegated United way back in 1974 - genuine sadness at what he had done.

United were effectively down even if Law missed. It was the cherry on the icing of that particular cake.

Crazy Nations League semi between Spain and France. Spain went 4-0 up before France staged a bit of a comeback, finished 5-4 to Spain who now face Portugal in the final on Sunday
