Guardiola’s press conference is underway.

Haaland - getting better but doesn’t think he’ll be involved.

Same team as last week for me.

Yeah, same team if they're all fit.

We've definitely got a chance here. I mean, we could easily get smashed, but it's nice to go into these games with a bit of optimism instead of grim resignation.

Vitor's press conference was earlier. Some small issues, nothing major, another training session to decide

I saw a BBC article yesterday suggesting Haaland was fully fit again.

Doubt he’ll be involved even if he is it’ll be no more than 10 minute leg stretch.

Who’s the ref for tomorrow just wondering if City will get their annual charitable decision against us,

Looking forward to this one, will give us a good idea just how far we've come under Vitor.
Likely to get beat but I'm not writing us off against anyone these days. Hopefully if we lose we make them work hard for it.

Even though City aren't at the levels of previous seasons, and have at times looked a bit underwhelming, they are still a great team. I'd be extremely (and pleasantly) surprised if we get anything from the game.

I’d quite like Haaland to play and see how Agbadou copes. City have looked far more fluid without him so if Agbadou copes as well as I think he will it could give us a better chance. Feel free to remind me of this when Haaland gets a hat trick.

And Pep will have his arm around him and whispering in his ear at FT

I reckon we’ll give them a really good match.

If we play like we have been, there’s no reason we can’t get something up there.

They’re not the City they were and this is the best we’ve been playing since the heights of Nuno.

Central midfield will be key and I’d rather ours than theirs.

Winning 6 in a row makes it feel like we can beat anyone right now. Optimism is high to get at least a point out of this. A good barometer of how much Vitor has the team believing in his system.

Can this team win a game on the road against a top tier team? Lets go Wolves

This is essentially a free hit. Nobody expects us to win, there is no pressure on us because we can't go down, City are in a CL qualification dogfight, and have been anything but convincing. So, who knows what's going to happen? We are obviously going to have to do a LOT of defending, and we won't see a huge amount of the ball, so it boils down to:
a) Can we defend well enough, and
b) Can we take advantage of the slim pickings we are likely to get on counter attacks?

With Cunha, RAN, and JSL you always feel like we'll get an opportunity at some point. We have to frustrate them defensively and Joao and Andre are going to have to graft their bollocks off.

Haaland on the bench for City
