New - The things that really annoy you

See folks, trying to be "punny" is bad. Nothing good can come from it...

If they did I would already be registered with them

Had a very random payment from debit card this evening for £19.88 marked as ANT*TULVII LUXEMBOURG FR

Currently talking with my bank and they have offered me this

"The merchant descriptor ANTTULVII LUXEMBOURG FR* is not clearly linked to a well-known company, but it may be associated with Antmerchant, a niche provider of ant-keeping supplies and live ant colonies. They operate out of Europe and offer shipments to the UK and EU.

Do you recall anything regarding the merchant?"

Have I been scammed for £20 by an Ant Farmer!!
So, after all the fun of cancelling my card and answering a billion questions, the following has happened

Original Payment left my account
Halifax Fraud team put money back in to replace it
The company used by the shit thief has refunded the money

I am currently £19.88 up on this episode.

Completed a survey after a recent hotel stay. Was not complimentary. They replied:

"I would like to start by apologizing to you for not meeting your expectations. We strive to make each stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible,
and we will use your comments to coach our team to provide a better experience in the future."

The most bland corporate platitudes possible. I would have preferred no reply at all.

Comments are on point though. Even Judah going in two footed on the gammon faced shithouse.

Celebrate the life lived, don’t mourn the future lost. New Orleans style.

YMMV on that.

My next door neighbour is a strong Liverpool fan. He texted me regarding the Diogo tribute as 'Total Class',
By the way, I know the Fields of Gold banner was held up by around 18 people, but how was the Jota thing done?
Was it a DIGITAL PROJECTION?

Bought 2 small pieces on line from a guy in Cornwall.
one was a tiny plastic water pump. about 4mm. hardly the width of your little finger nail.
second was a card kit that when made up formed a farmyard gate. About 2cm long.
It was clearly marked GIFT. Value £0.50.
Gate clearly marked GIFT £0.50.
English Customs put a value of this at £68.95!!
The Irish Customs therefore levied Duty and VAT and a Admin fee.
So I had to pay €20.80 to receive this gift valued at £1.00.
Absolute cunts! Bandit country.
It really isn't worth buying ANYTHING from the UK.
What the fuck were you thinking when you left Europe!

Both the Irish Revenue and the UK inland revenue making an absolute killing charging VAT and duty on imports (along with the shipping companies with administration fees).
It's Trumps 'tariffs' by any other name.
Doesn't affect China here though funnily enough. Governments are globalist WEF scum.

A display in which fans in the stadium raise a large banner together or simultaneously hold up signs that together form a large image.
But this seemed like vertical image... It kind of looked like some sort of digital projection, but projected on what?
