Next week is the final week of the regular season, which will crown Points League and Weekly Placing tables. Those will decide who plays off for the Superbowl and Sacko. It's looking highly likely that the Superbowl will be Tredman v Johnny, and the Sacko will be James v Darlo.

A quick reminder of the rules:

Superbowl

The regular season will end on Week 18, and that will crown the champion of the overall Points and Weekly Placings tables.

Those two winners will face off in the four week post-season for the Superbowl. If the same person wins both leagues, which could be likely based on the format, then 2nd place in the Weekly Placings Table will go through. Tie-breakers in both leagues for identical points will be most 1st places, most 2nd places, etc until the tie is broken.

The person with the most points after the real life Superbowl will take the trophy.


Sackobowl

Just like the Superbowl, the Sacko (Sack'o'Crap) Bowl, will be contested by the two people who finish bottom of the two main leagues, also during the four week post-season games. The slight difference being that the winner of the Sacko will be whoever LOSES (i.e. least points) in the play-off contest, and therefore finishes rock bottom overall. Similar tiebreakers apply to the main Superbowl, but will be most 8ths, most 7ths, etc.

Everyone else can still play during the playoffs. In fact I'll probably do a Best Of The Rest league for the 4 not playing in the above.

No rush though as the first game isn't Saturday night. Though that one is not included in the available contests yet. I'll give them until Friday afternoon to try and sort it all out.

James snatches defeat in the placings table after Darlo's 1st place this week.


Which means the post-season is as follows:

Superbowl - Tredman vs Johnny
Sacko - James vs Darlo

All 4 post-season weeks will count, including the real life Superbowl, which is usually a Captains Showdown contest on DraftKings (Captain of your choice score x1.5 normal points).

Sacko will be lowest score "wins" for the ignominy of the Sacko title.

I'll do a Best Of The Rest table for the other 4 players, just for a fun but meaningless BOTR title.
