From week 16 onwards it's the head to head Superbowl, as follows:

The main points league will continue as normal with the winner crowned after week 18. During the real life playoffs we'll have the standard Superbowl between the Points winner and the H2H league winner (or 2nd in H2H if it's the same). That will run until the real life Superbowl weekend concludes.

The Sacko (last in Points versus last in H2H), and a Best Of The Rest league will both run concurrently.

I've binned off the Weekly Placing league as it's fairly redundant at this point.
