Summer 2022 Transfer Window

I don’t know much about Nunes. I suspect I’ve watched him play a few times without ever paying attention to him specifically.

His goal scoring record isn’t great for an “attacking” midfielder, although he played 50 games last season so he appears to have a reliable fitness record. Is he more of a box to box type?

Yeah defintely. Proper number 8, does the dirty work, good passing range, likes progressive passes and carries, good dribbler, he's a really good footballer.

He's not an attacking midfielder although I suppose we could play him as one if we wanted. If I could compare him to another player it'd be Mousa Dembélé (the Spurs one).

I don't think he's a very good footballer but he's a very good goal scorer.

I wouldn't have been averse to him if we play a pressing style but not a Nuno style.

Does a very similar job to Keita/ Henderson does for Liverpool?

He'd have been a really good signing for us i think.
