The All New Adverts that Grind my Gears

Jamie Redknapp's Skechers.

1) Pretty sure I can deal with the monumental effort of putting shoes on like a normal person

2) I don't want shoes that look like I bought them off a chemist, mate

Not dissing Skechers.

The saviour of my feet after an early morning walk around Central Park a few years back.
My feet were in a state and I could barely walk...purchased some Skechers and it was a game changer. Every holiday a pair is packed now.

To quote Jamie R - I could "literally" walk again.

Yep, got a pair of slip ons that a forever in my suitcase, perfect for walking in hot climates.

Nothing is a better predictor of age than ownership of Sketchers... Jamie's ones look quite good, was almost tempted for a minute.

Just out of curiosity...what age am I supposed to be now.

The travel insurance advert with Colin Montgomery, Ian Woosnam and Paul McGinley is awful.

I wear Skechers most of the time, even have some pairs of boots by them as well as their flip flops/thongs. They're bloody brilliant (also aignificantly reduced my sciatica bouts).

Fair.

I will accept that when I turned 40 I became old. That's when I discovered Skechers were ace, especially if your feet feel like they have been cut to bits.
My feet currently look like Edward Scissorhands went to town and I am wearing these so have no scope to comment at all :)

I recently bought a pair of Skechers. Bloody comfortable is what they are.

I refer to them as screechers just to annoy the mrs. 'Have you seen my Screechers?'
'No, they're called Skechers'

You've never seemed older ;)

The next meet up in the royal London is going to be fun, loads of middle aged men talking about comfy shoes

Been debating getting a pair of skechers. Last few pairs of trainers have had soles that feel like they lack cushion. Mrs jelly has been wearing them for years & swears by them. Her plantar faciitis hasn't returned since she switched too.
