Drivers love it so never going really.

Not sure what they can do to make it something worth watching other than flooding the track.

Alter the track to make one genuine overtaking spot. Easier said than done I know!

Not really...bulldoze a few apartments... extend the dock area... anything to make it more interesting rather than a bleeding procession. Worst race of the season. I stomached 8 laps at the end. It was shite.

That's asking a lot... we hardly get 10 overtakes in a season.

They did a feasibility study on that. There simply isn't the room in Monaco. The corner after the tunnel is far enough for an overtake, but the narrowness of the track is the vast part of the problem.

It will never be dropped. Best solution is to not bother watching it.

Only slightly annoying aspect of him was talking over the Max radio comms at times (even if he was telling him to shut up)

Looks to me as if this Championship is Piastri's to lose. He's very calm headed and very consistent in how he drives. Lando makes more mistakes than his teammate and that will probably be the difference when it all plays out. Very impressive Oscar.

As for Verstappen... at what point does he get a race ban. He's done this far too often.

Yeah he's great. Better than Brundle really.

Ant Davidson is better than Karun Chandhok on the SkyPad, and Bernice Collins is absolutely brilliant too.

Have to say I find Collins very hard to understand. She's obviously really good at race strategy but she needs to be told to slow it down a bit for the viewer as her Irish accent is hard to understand at times.

So Max gets another three points on his license and one more means a race ban. Given his antics, he should be serving that for the way he barged into Russell today. Totally reckless and a petulant outburst. At what point does other drivers safety come into it? I'll never forget him landing on Hamilton's head in an incident that could have had us mourning the death of an incredible person. You'd think Verstappen would grow up a bit having achieved his goals but today shows what a child he still is.

Lando's finished at the top level. Embarrassing.

It was a bad mistake but to say he's finished at the top level is going a bit far. It does show why he isn't ready to become the World Champion yet though as he is still making far too many errors. Overall, the race was pretty much another procession. I enjoyed Le Mans better earlier in the day.

Sainz stuck in the grid for the formation lap. Race start aborted.
Sainz gets going, does a lap and goes straight into the pits.....car sets on fire
