I’m struggling to see the issue with him becoming Real manager and this affecting Barca? Do they think he is going to just run them into the ground? Or they will refuse to work under him because he’s associated with Real? If it’s that then it’s ridiculous, you are playing for your country not the manager and all other rivalries should be put to the side anyway

This is a bit iffy. Take six weeks from Grayson leaving to appoint an existing youth coach. Not saying he isn't any good, but it smacks of being turned down by multiple targets in the meantime.
