Yeah I'd say that's fair.

In some ways it's more frustrating as he clearly has significant talent.

At Sporting whenever he cut onto his left foot from the right hand side you could put your mortgage on him curling one into the far corner. Never did it once at Wolves in 2 1/2 years.
 
Sarabia had loads of quality, that much was obvious - a very technically gifted footballer.

Very similar to Podence in that respect.

I’m not even sure it was down to effort (see Guedes), I just don’t think he was suited to the fast, physical nature of the PL. Just didn’t suit him.

I’m not sure many others in our squad could have scored the goals that he did for us, that’s for sure.

Nowhere near some of the other horrific failings, for me.
 
Brentford have made contact with Liverpool re Caomhin Kelleher (Flekken off to Bayer Leverkusen). He's one I would've liked to see come in for Sá.

Offer €15m less than what they want with plenty of competition too for an area of the pitch where we have plenty of options.
I’d be filing it away in the bullshit category.
 
I'd be very surprised if we spent that much on a centre back this summer given the massive gaps we have in other areas. I think we probably need 1 more in that area if we manage to find someone to take Santi Bueno off our hands but we don't need to throw €35M+ at it.

I've really cooled on him lately, had some performances recently that have made me question him, so would be interested to see how he does elsewhere rather than us being in for him. Especially if they want £25m for him like was previously stated.
