Nice and simple, whats everyones favourite apps?

A couple of my favourites are;

Kindle - excellent range of free classics
Sky+ - brilliant for when you remember theres something you need to record
Jamie Oliver meals - twas a bit costly but I've done some real nice meals with it
Moron Test - very addictive game

Sky+ is good now they have added series link to it.

One thing I was shocked at was the apparent free Sky sports app (the one that lets you watch the footie) adds £5 a month to your subscription - the sneaky gits

I best check I'm no longer paying this.

The Sky Sports News app is free...isn't it just the Sky Player app which subject to a subscription fee?

The Sky Player app was free up until December and then cost £5 a month. I subscribed when I had an i-phone, but haven't cancelled it, so I assume I'm still been charged for it.

As I understand it yes, they want an extra £5 a month for you to watch sports on your mobile, bit of a piss take that one

I have an I-Pad and share the same problem except they want £10 a month for the privilege. No thank you.

I have managed to successfully avoid charges by having an ancient phone.

the App i really want is kindle. PPB sings it's praises and with the difficulty in getting English language books where i am, it's the APP i'm looking into when the finances will run to it.

Only really use 2 apps
The F1 one for those crazy time in the morning races when I cba get out of bed to use the live timing on PC.
NHL Gamecentre. Which is just superb really.

Got loads.

Speedball 2: Evolution
Word With Friends (free) - recommended
iAssociate 2
Streetfighter 4
AroundMe
Shazam
FastConnect
Sky Sports Soccer Saturday app thing
FOTTV - tells you what games are on telly, and which channels etc
FIFA 11
Jaws
Contract Killer (free game - rather addictive)
Angry Birds (+ associated special editions)
Cut the Rope
BubbleXplode
Who Wants to Be A Football Millionaire?

Check the apps store for the top paid/top free apps of the moment. The ones on 'sale' normally rank near the top.

But I paid for the following from my list (no more than 59p):

Speedball 2: Evolution
Streetfighter 4
FOTTV - tells you what games are on telly, and which channels etc
FIFA 11
Jaws
Angry Birds (+ associated special editions)
Cut the Rope
Who Wants to Be A Football Millionaire?

They all rule. Some will now be more expensive as I got them in a sale, so like I say - check every so often.
