I don't get it (as usual). Why are posters celebrating another posters departure? Because he voiced an unpopular opinion? So what! He seems a genuine Wolves fan and capable of making a reasoned point. Isn't that a good thing? Isn't that a positive for twf?
I want to read different opinions, which by definition includes those I don't agree with. Whether squeak is right or wrong is completely irrelevant; anything that disagrees with a groupthink mentality is to be cherished.
Posters here can be very knowledgeable - about Wolves, other teams and leagues, coaching ideas, individual players, etc. There are amazing levels of insight. And a nasty level of petty vindictiveness.

Hang on...he literally threatened to flounce off (he won't) because he can't tolerate a different opinion to his own? Maybe point the lecture in his direction

Seeing more and more predictions like this, with us firmly sat in the bottom three. It’s difficult to disagree with them.

Pop that into the Premier league prediction competition thread and have a go yourself too Jinky if you want.
I agree that we are in a battle down there but Sunderland have basically had to purchase a new squad and Leeds have Farke at the helm and haven’t pulled up any trees recruitment wise either.

Feel free to have a go if anyone is interested.

I see and speak to a Sunderland season ticket holder every week and he was telling me that they have no centre halves bar ones that were borderline fit for purpose in the Championship.
He’s terrified that for all that they have spent there’s only really Xhaka who is proven quality at this level and there’s a Swiss connection at the club that made that signing happen. When we came up we had more than half a team that were good enough for the league, they have little or nothing.
Be interesting to here from @Tyrannosaurus Dan if his dad is saying similar things.

I think there's an element of publications trying to be a bit different rather than go for the predictable promoted trio in the bottom three spots, along with the usual Leeds media love-in.

From the outside though, people will look at us and see us losing important starters and replacing them with (aside from Arias) unknown quantities or no-one. Also, although we rate Vitor and there's a fan connection there, there's always the drop off after 'six in a row' last season and the outsider will be more likely to predict that continuing

That’s ok then, we’ll finish above them in 18th.😂

I haven't followed all the promoted clubs and their business, but I just think it's inconceivable that 3 promoted clubs will go down for the third season in a row. Sunderland might be more sure of it than I'd first realised if they have no decent centre backs though. Personally think Burnley will be most likely to have a fair shot of it, but even though Leeds have a crap manager they also have "good" ownership that I suspect might back them in January if in reach.

You look at all three promoted sides and I've no idea where the goals are going to come from. Neither Burnley or Sunderland scored a lot of goals last season and they've signed nothing up top to say they'll improve on that situation this term either.

Admittedly we've lost a lot of goal involvements from last season as have Brentford.

I’m not too sure my Dad knows who they’ve signed TBH, they’ve spent a lot but he’s not really heard of many of them.

Their pre season has been about as bad as ours. I’ll be amazed if they finish above 18th.

Let’s be honest, Kyle Walker walks into our starting 11 as it stands. In fact, a few of these players above would improve our squad and they play for fucking Burnley.
