Get Ggreg Wallace to do the eulogy and you're sucking on diesel.

Surely Dean Saunders with some kind of anecdote that paints you in a bad light would be more appropriate?

champs is more exciting.hoping to get
promoted.or hoping to finish in the playoffs....less blatant diving/cheating
etc..as it stands the only achievement
this poor wolves team can do is to avoid relegation..not much point being in the prem.
just saying...View attachment 14566
The most humdrum, bogstandard Prem campaign for us is wildly more exciting than the Championship ever would be.

Dross football against dross teams. I hope we never go back.

Based on the window and looking at our performances and the nascent league itself, revised vote down to Relegated.

Weaker team and squad than that which flirted with relegation for the whole of 24/25, plus signs that VP could be over his honeymoon period, and the stronger looking relegation candidates, no choice really.

Only hope is VP and co fashion something out of what we have to keep us in contention then have a January tweak

Absolutely anticipated I’d be revising my forecast upwards. Sticking with relegation now. JRB and Munetsi will be playing significant periods of our season as CMs. They might have a few games playing alongside each other in the heart of our team. Our captain can’t properly pass a football and often falls over it. I mean, it’s unacceptable.

Perhaps I can interest the people currently having us as 14th or higher in some magic beans…

Changed from 15th-17th to relegated.

I'll be very very surprised if we get away with it again. We have been playing with fire for the thick end of five years now.

Problem is so many of our fans will celebrate a 17th place finish and laud Fosun for a job well done.

It’s a long old slog to 38 games, and a bunch of teams who look fresh out of the blocks now will put together some lengthy streaks of losses. I still think we’ve got the players to stay up, but we’ll need a little luck

This is when we get flushed after circling the drain for so long
It's the most apt metaphor for the team since the last Nuno season. Even if we avoid it this season, does anyone thinks it's the start of a bounce back or just another 'whirl'?
