The 2019 is yellow? IMO that one was the perfect color. Not that I'm the keeper of Old Gold or anything.

It's always gonna be down to personal preference whether it's the 'right' shade.
Personally the 2019 was nice but too yellow for me.

The design is nice but that colour just isn't Wolves. It's not about personal preference, that just isn't the colour that the football club plays in.

That's not an excuse for this. We've got it badly wrong before but that picture looks horrific. It bares no resemblance to the Wolves kits I grew up with.

All the time, when teams left each strip for 2 years. Before that it would have been unusual to change the colour much at all.

The one with the Pumas down the shoulder is a good example of a lighter coloured Wolves kit that isn't yellow.

Lima looks like he's wearing a Watford shirt there.

While I disagree about the variance here, the theme I see is orange.

Well the thing is that that hasn’t been true for a long time. Unless the club have a hex code that just gets whiffed on year after year after year, seems Old Gold is a spectrum.

Yeah, those are orange. I may have grown up with those shirts but I don’t particularly want us to play in orange. They are a better colour than the kits from the 2000’s though.

I guess you will always have someone say it’s too yellow or too orange. Personally, I think the kits of the 70s got the balance right but I also loved the colour of the W88 kit.

It would be nice to pick a colour and stick with it.

I do think the current color is way closer to gold than any of the orange shades we’ve worn, at least to my eye. Maybe not so old looking tho.
