Agree with a big chunk of that , but the other issues with Lage is he doesn't seem to know how to change a game if we're 2nd best! His starting team selection and system look ok to most posters on here but tweaking something to change the game to our advantage seems beyond him ??

Agree with this ! "Clear and obvious " is the main issue , let VAR have a quick look and make a decision without drawing ridiculous cm lines, advise the ref, and get on with the game !

Offsides should be taken away from VAR and let the referee and linesman deal with it, yes they are going to get some right and some wrong but over a season it evens its self out .VAR is costing to many goals to be disallowed , i want to see goals not free kicks for offside , and the waiting...

Exactly ! anything other than a goal restarts with a goal kick, possible grey area would be if the ball hits the woodwork then hits the goalkeeper and then into the net ??

Would it work if all penalties are treated the same as a penalty shoot out ? You either score or miss, then encroachment becomes history !
