Both are really likeable guys and both have a huge amount going for them but I just can't see how we could give a new striker, Dicko, Bod and Ennis enough minutes playing one up top. I think it would be a much easier decision without Ennis. Maybe loan out Dicko for a season to a League One club...

As we only play one up front if Lambert brings in another striker I don't see a place for both of them especially as we have Ennis that could fill the 3rd choice role. It is a massively hard choice who to get rid of but I would just go with letting Bodvarsson go. Dicko has delivered reasonable...

36 points wouldn't be enough, 4 points from every 2 games. That would only put us on 71. We need more like 4.5 points or 9 points from every 4 games, that would put us on 75 points and even then that may still not be enough.

I would like to see Cav central too, Weimann, Cav and Costa behind Dicko or Bod would be a handful for anyone.

Exactly, that is why I said 'purely stats wise'. It is clear to everyone that we are short on quality in certain areas. It explains why the club are talking like they are though I think.

According to transfer market we have the joint biggest squad in the Championship with Sheffield Wednesday, 31 players. Purely stats wise I can see why the powers that be think our squad needs reducing even if we know we are in desperate need of quality in certain areas, cough cough defence...

As this season is a bit of a write off I have the feeling we may not do much and wait until the summer. Lambert hasn't even had 10 games yet so I wouldn't blame him if he didn't want to make any major changes this window. We have 11 players whose contract or loan expires at the end of the season...

Whoops, yes just noticed that. Of course I wouldn't want to get rid of Graham or Zyro. Immaterial anyway, who would want a player who has been out for 12 months with a serious injury!
