They've identified it pretty well on comms here: we made a massive mistake just playing 2 in central midfield.

A valiant mistake, but a mistake. Kilman and Dawson have been left completely exposed by all the extra ground Lemina and Gomes/Nunes have had to cover from the double #8 positions.
