each prisoner costs the taxpayer at least 60k a year. thats 12k to keep Deano behind bars. I would sooner that money went elsewhere.

In all seriousness, this isn't a great message. He should have been jailed (whatever I think of him). He was proper leathered and showed absolute no remorse for his actions (think he even pleaded not guilty initially).

I'm still saving my money up to book his after dinner speech at the Crown. Audience = 1. Doors = locked.

Regardless of who it is you can understand why people get disillusioned with the justice system. Just watching the footage and the way he’s appealed his sentence shows he’s got got zero remorse. The way he’ll see it is “I got away with that one” as opposed to “time to have a rethink”
Deplorable person in general, this the way he talks to people on talksport and the tackle he put in that ended Paul Elliott’s career.
If talksport have him back it’ll just highlight their absolute hypocrisy as a broadcaster.
