That's the genuine worry, they might win an election without 250 credible people.

There’s four years left yet, newly elected councillors are quitting, Kent council which they won with a majority has cancelled all council meetings for June so no action is being taken on anything, from the important stuff of schools, adult care down to the small stuff of planning extensions for conservatory’s, no reason given, it’s just stopped, non of the other councils they’ve won are doing anything either.

Lincolnshire mayor has for some reason gone quiet, when you couldn’t shut her up before the election, she was at the Lincolnshire show looking at tractors, no interviews no meeting the people.

East Yorkshire and hull mayor hasn’t been seen since he moaned on social media the previous mayor stripped the office bare and took everything ( they’re never been an East Yorkshire mayor before reform) no meetings, no social media, or media of any sort, when asked he’s apparently in meetings but for what who knows?

Membership is down about 15,000.

Getting elected in the last round of elections could be the worst thing that’s happened to them, people will be able to see how they’ve got literally nothing beyond stop the boats ( last week I think we had a week of no crossings and not a single person illegally entering) and racism ( the burqa comments didn’t get them the right publicity) they can’t govern, don’t like media scrutiny, and are a shambles behind the scenes with all the infighting

They might manage to crawl to the next election as reform, but they’ll probably have a rebrand and all new slogans like stop the boats
