Four goals in 6 games for Wrexham. He’d have been a much cheaper alternative to Tulu as back up to JSL and I reckon he’d score as many. As it is we’ve spent a load on Tolu and rather than back up I suspect we’ll end up playing him with JSL a fair bit leaving no space for both of Lopez amd Arias in the team.

For the avoidance of doubt I’d like better than both but, given the market we’ve been looking at, Moore would have made sense and freed up money for other positions.

Well researched. Have a quick look at Windass Jr scoring two versus a poor Norwich there. I wonder if we considered him at some stage.

Found this a decent listen, nostalgic and a few different stories I hadn't heard before.

Dennison goes against the (recently discussed) grain a little by having a good memory of what happened during his career, Mutch less so...but a good listen none the less, and as you just said @Deutsch Wolf they reference how important Robertson was.

Was thinking earlier about players who never played above second tier for us but would improve us now.

I reckon 87-91 Dennison is better than all our current wide players.

Peak Mark Venus, Kevin Muscat, Keith Curle and Don Goodman all walk into the team too.

Forget Bully, Keano and Lescott as they're givens.
