General Wolves News

If you’d sent this about 30 minutes ago I’d have been stressed enough to try that. Surname ‘USA’

Seems like a safe place to make this comment: not too enthused by this, in fact it strikes me as the last kind of tune you’d want to use. Slower ones people cite tend to at least build to some kind of crescendo. However, will try and keep an open mind and see how it actually sounds on match day.

In a rare moment, the TWF view on events is matching that of the fans on social media.

I was surprised on Saturday there were no chants that I heard during the game in memory of Jota. Only a smattering of fans singing in the concourse at halftime. On the 18th minute we gave the Bournemouth fans a rendition of “my garden shed is bigger than this” instead.

YNWA is also slow and dreary, but because everyone joins in with it, it makes for a rousing atmosphere before a match at Anfield. I'm sceptical Wolves fans will suddenly take Fields of Gold that seriously. YNWA is a bit of an outlier.
