Is Vitor Pereira A Good Manager Or Should He Go?

He was right for the short term fix last season, instilled some discipline and organisation after GON lost control of his PE class.
He’s not a bad manager but we need someone who can get a bit extra out the players. Sadly they usually go to clubs with an ounce of ambition and have done.
The current run will get him sacked but I doubt any replacements would achieve anything significantly better certainly not enough to save us maybe just make things not so embarrassing.

I would say, "be careful what you wish for" No decent manager is going to take us on on our current form, points total and squad. I'm concerned we might end up with another Lage or GON. GON is still available! I think we need to rest JSL until he's fit, give Mane a chance, give Lopez and Rodrigo a run in the team and ditch Arias. Not sure about Tolu

We probably all fear who we'll get to replace him (given recent managerial appointments) but we can't go on with the current run, we havent won for eons.

Vitor is on a par with GON at this stage*

* One purple patch where they won 6 games from 9.
* Unable to arrest a losing streak from the end of one season into the next
* Questions about the traits of players chosen to captain the side
* Players looking increasingly lost and confused

There is mitigation and aggravating factors for both men. One had no pre-season, one no longer has Cunha and RAN, both were working for Shi, one had far greater say in recruitment with the appointment of his pal etc but once you take all that into account there isn't all that much in it.

Of the two, Vitor is more likable and wasn't on Monday Night Football basking in his own genius at the first opportunity I guess.

* Lage is a cunt.
