Israel-Palestine

I'd assume that it's because the rulers of the islamic republic and their henchmen are all but wiped out, the Iranians have agreed to the ceasefire.
The aim will be to allow a transition to a secular, democracy.
Good.
I expect to see head beardy weirdy prised from his bunker and later put on trial/executed.
Without funding from Iran, Hezbollah and Hamas are severely weakened.
Israel will be safer.
We in Europe will suffer the terrorism consequences of course.
 
Vast chunks of the Iranian populace love their leadership. You don't make tidy regime change there. What steps into the vacuum then?

If it is something approved of by the great satan it won't be by the people living in the country. Saying secular democracy is looking at the country through western eyes.

Iran had a popular and successful government until 1953 when the CIA decided to instigate a coup and install the Shah. This happened because Iran wanted to maintain control of their oil production and threw representatives from Western oil companies out of the country. The country has long had a mistrust for the US and the West, and who can blame them.

Problem is a lot of Iranians would have liked some form of democracy after chucking out the Western puppet dictator. Unfortunately they got something worse. I suspect the majority of Iranians would love to see their regime toppled but it's not for USA or Israel to facilitate that.

No doubt. I'm not advocating supporting the current regime. I'm highlighting the fact that they had a very successful and democratic government that the US overthrew in order leverage the interests of Western oil companies. The root of many problems in Iran, as they often are in many areas of the world, lie squarely at the door of American intervention, which rarely ends well for ordinary people.

Us and France also have history of interfering in that region.
 
History repeats time and time again doesn't it?

1st Gulf War - 90s
2nd Gulf War - 00s
Afghanistan - 00s/10s

And now this, the West get involved because it creates a shit tonne of money and power, it also creates terrorists.
 
It's interesting why he has posted that now. 🤔 He's never been bothered by the actions of Israel prior to this, in fact he has empowered and enabled Israel to wantonly bomb the shit out of anyone they've felt like bombing. So I wonder if he has had some intelligence that other countries are going to react if Israel continues its warmongering/genocide in the Middle East?
