Any idea what type of ball they were using in the Aussie innings? It looked very dark to me and for some reason a dark ball always seems to do a bit more at the start of an innings. Have to say, that when you middle it, it always seems to travel faster than a ball that is more red.

213-2 at close of play with a superb 102 from Markram and a battling 65 from Bavuma who has a hamstring issue leaves S Africa needing just 69 runs to win with 8 wickets left. Just out of reach of claiming the extra half hour tonight. Great cricket from Markram and Bavuma.
