Of course, Leeds have had to relent, but the very vocal way that Leeds have reluctantly given way has made it clear they aren't happy.

The problem with Sky showing SOOOO much Championship football is there is no agreement on minimum games for the Championship contract. Many teams have hardly appeared and Sky keep showing Leeds, Derby, Forest and Wolves. Next season you can guarantee that Villa will be on all the time.

I can't see how that stance helps anyone.

If clubs want attendances to pick up then they should have a look at their own ticket prices rather than pointing the finger at Sky. Also it rarely affects clubs who are doing well when they're televised, Derby's attendances remain solid when they're on TV, we had good crowds vs Derby, Leeds and Ipswich at the back end of last season.

This for me. I don't see the big problem with Sky changing the fixtures, yes sometimes it's inconvenient but it's really not that bad. When you buy a season ticket you should expect that a few games will change and deal with it. If clubs are that bothered, like you say they should lower the ticket prices. Pretty sure i've seen it somewhere as well that Leeds attendances have been higher on sky than when not on sky.

It's not just an issue of ticket prices though, but changing the time and date affects those of us that aren't local. I've had a handful of games pencilled in that I could have attended at 3pm Saturday, but once moved were not feasible.

Surely that works the other way for some people though who can't make games and then can when they are changed.

Quite probably yeah, just bitter that it's worked against me...

But, the other way benefits the casual attendee, but a date move fucks up the season ticket holder

Yeah but you know that some fixtures will move when you buy it. When i got mine this season i knew games would move and i've booked time off work and missed out on extra money a few times but i knew it would happen.

Benik Afobe?. Hope he likes the bench.

To the Boro fans giving me grief. Come back when you earn my wage. I'm going to smash a kebab tonight and wipe my face with a £50 note.

Not his real account.

Argentine president Mauricio Macri announced that Argentina and Uruguay want to co host the 2030 World Cup.

Luis Suarez sanctioned for 2 matches, for things said before and after the match, against Español.

No biting then?
