He's not an MP though.
I tend to agree with much of his politics. However he's been dumb with this, I doubt he is anti semitic but ffs check the stuff you're reposting.
He was leaving soon anyway so don't suppose he's bothered, he'll just carry on with his podcast company and occasional TV appearances.
Thanks for clarifying that he isn't an MP.

So yeah, anyway. Looks like the girl that Greenwood (allegedly) raped, beat up and coerced and then dropped the charges, despite the overwhelming evidence, has stayed with him, got married to him and had children with him.

I wonder what her parents think.

That’s… disconcerting.

Hope she’s not just staying out of fear.

Call me cynical but a very good propaganda type picture for Greenwood. So many will go down the “second chance” path and use this picture and imagine of a happy family to justify signing him back up.
To add if my daughters bought home a bloke who was on minimum wage who was decent and looked after them I’d take that everyday over a complete arsehole millionaire.

Nigerian Utd Twitter were there 18 months to 2 years ago

It can only be that. Surely
Threat of violence, offer of payment… two things can be true.

I really hope he’s changed, but that tape was just. Nobody should go back to someone like that.

Then again, I stayed with my rapist for months. And I didn’t have children tying me to things. It’s hard to leave. Really, really hard. Even if/when you know you need to.

They're not loophopling out of it either this time. The tribunal that got them off and said the PL didn't have jurisdiction for their last breach in 22/23, has concluded that they do have jurisdiction for the period ending in 23/24 (in bold below). That's why they're being charged again.

LCFC Statement: 20 May, 2025

Leicester City FC notes the Tribunal decision which has been published today.

The Club is pleased that it successfully defended the Premier League’s challenge to the Appeal Board decision in relation to the PSR assessment period ending FY23, which was the main focus of these proceedings.

The Premier League’s own rules provide a deliberately high threshold for any challenge to the decision of an Appeal Board. In this case, the Appeal Board’s decision was only capable of being overturned if it could be shown to have resulted from a “perverse interpretation of the law” or was a decision “which could not reasonably have been reached”.

The Appeal Board decision was reached by a highly experienced panel (including two former Court of Appeal judges) and, although the tribunal may have disagreed with the decision, it dismissed the Premier League’s challenge, finding (consistent with the arguments made by the Club all along) that the Appeal Board decision “could not sensibly be seen as resulting from a perverse interpretation of the law”.

The tribunal also concluded that the Premier League was successful in establishing jurisdiction on one of the two grounds argued by the Premier League with respect to the assessment period ending FY24, and the Premier League has now referred this to an independent Commission. Consistent with its previous commitments, the Club intends to engage cooperatively in this matter now that the Premier League’s jurisdiction has been established for the period ending FY24. However, we will not be able to comment further on these proceedings until they are concluded, due to their confidential nature.

Can the EFL apply a deduction of the premier leagues asking? Also will the EFL be able to carry on with their alleged investigation into Leicester from their promotion season?

Edit: I didn’t realise that it related to the EFL season so double jeopardy would apply.

Imagine if Leicester manage to slime their way out of this again...I detest the way they've gamed the system numerous times!

Serial offenders like Leicester should be demoted a division, fuck the points deduction unless it's 90 points!
