We have Hugo Bueno coming back from PSV next season, he's a much more attacking player for the wing back role, good to have 2 players who offer different characteristics in that position.

Bueno is quite small so we could use Martín in games where the opposition have a taller attacking player on the right side.

I think it's the latter. He says the final fee, which is what Man City will be paying. Not what we're receiving net.
