I don't really have any interest is us signing Harvey Elliot . If Liverpool are moving him on , and he never nailed down a first team spot , then why would he shine for us ?

I just don't see it with him - open to being proven wrong , but I'd be looking elsewhere - and being English he will cost a fair chunk of money .

I was surprised how well he played against the Netherlands - he was excellent. But obviously that is an U21 tournament, so not really fair.

Although, we have judged Bueno on being shit in it, so I guess it works both ways.

Not nailing down a first team spot, in the best team in England hardly means he wouldn’t necessarily shine for us. We can’t be expecting to be taking nailed on starters from the top teams..?

That being said I’m abit nonplus about him, especially at 40m

Call me sceptical, but I still think Jeff & co are hoping/praying that he gets no other offers and signs the deal with us - because that way, it’s one less signing they need to worry about this summer.
