If Juanlu wanted to sign for another club he could wait for another offer.

It sounds like whatever the outcome that it'll be all sown up within the next few days and If he signs for Wolves it's because we've sold it to him.

Seems to be a knee-jerk reaction on Wolves social media (not here) that if a player doesn't sign with a couple of days of their name being out there, it means they're just jerking our chain.

I think it's natural for good players to have a number of suitors; doesn't necessarily follow that their heart isn't in it if they then sign for us, any more than our heart isn't into signing Juanlu because we lost out on Pubill.

Until last week that was apparently his only offer though. Presume after we stepped in with our interest his reaction is to ask if Napoli are still actually interested. He has already agreed terms with them, so a little bit of loyalty I guess. Not his fault Napoli appear to have Wolvessyndrome on the transfer fee.

Late to the party on Guedes but it gets too readily waved away as 'he didn't try/didn't want to be here'.

Both are true but he is also a fucking dreadful footballer in his own right. He's just bad.

Whatever fee we got is too much based on his last three seasons for multiple clubs. Shit player with no attributes.
