Yeah, that was weird. I can only assume something’s got lost in translation there.VP was unaware of him?
WTF?

Might not be unprecedented, but I think it says a lot about the club and potentially VP if upon his arrival he wasn't briefed about every player we have down to the academy, and if he himself didn’t take that interest too?Wouldn't be necessarily unusual. See Ancelotti and Luke Garbutt
Matt Jackson - is he still our loan manager?
FFS Vitor, first the points not the pints!!!
He's literally the only warm body left to be a RWB, not like VP has any other option until new signing now.
I'm not saying he is the ultimate answer but last week when Rodrigo replaced him, we immediately looked more dangerous. He's literally the only warm body left to be a RWB, not like VP has any other option until new signing now.

Yeah, I don't think VP sees Doc as an option at RWB, and rightly so. Lima is still a project. Personally I'd prefer to see Rodrigo further forward and used as an attacking option in the front 3 rather than RWB, but appreciate that is probably not how VP sees him. Which leaves Hoever as the only realistic choice, for better, or more likely, for worse. It is a choice...but Doc can't play RWB and RCB at the same time and Lima is obviously miles off so really it's Hoever or Rodrigo
