Reading that, there wasn't even an EU embargo and EU countries, were still buying Russian LPG, to sell it for a profit to third countries. In December 2023, 98% of Austrias gas came from Russia, as they have a contract until 2040.

Aye, I wouldn't be surprised if he or his family have benefited from some lucrative and entirely unconnected investment opportunities with Russian money but I'd draw the line at the thought of him being an actual plant takin orders.
