Generally, I agree and try to include the Clubs confirmation posting in my post.
However, this particular signing has the player still on holiday and as the signing was very early, the window only opened last Monday, the Club hasn't got it's act together regarding photos, videos etc..

So, as I said in the first post, we know all the criteria for the signing has been met hence the Welcome post.
