He seemed like he had potential to make it as a Pro. But you never know what's going on in peoples lives.

Frank Nouble made it as a pro and is still conning a living out of Gateshead somehow. Nathan Fraser is a miles better footballer than he ever was.

So the ability was definitely there to play at some kind of pro level but who knows what's happened.

Yeah very strange. He was a slim looking youngster but he still looked pretty strong to me all things considered, not someone you feel would need a specific strengthing plan or anything. I wonder if he is struggling to commit to the idea of football and they are training him whilst he considers it, like gardening leave almost but with conditioning or something.

Been playing loads of CM3 recently and it's weird seeing very highly rated youngsters in the game that you don't remember, typing their names in and often the first link being their current LinkedIn profile, where they are marketing manager for a tractor firm, or working in sales for windows or something, having ended up playing almost virtually zero professional football in the end in real life.

Even when poor Frank is dead and gone and he's a fading memory even to his own family, your disbelief and distain for him will live on
