It’s smart enough but if you’re going to do a zany pattern, why not relate it to Wolverhampton a bit more? The molineux roof struts or the man on the oss.

Not sure what our ancestral link to the Aztecs is.

It’s based on the Molineux gardens, the original owners of the land where the ground is now, their house was the old Molineux hotel now the Wolverhampton archive building.
Can’t connect to much more history of the football club than that tbh.

This might be a stupid question - but what's the difference between the 'Pro' and the standard shirt, and is it worth the extra 20 quid?

Pro will be what the players wear. So probably a tighter fit, no doubt some breathable mesh or something. Makes it easier to own your sweat etc etc

Standard will go nicely with a pair of jeans...

Yes apparently the pro has some mesh panels under the arms but unless you're built like an athlete you'll struggle to breathe when wearing it. I did wonder last night if the leaks doing the rounds were going to be the 'replica' version with a different collar and no pattern but by the looks of it the replica is pretty much the same shirt
