I don't know (or care) who the guy in the middle is. But unless he is their father, the photo is inappropriate.

Would the club announce the signing of two male players with a pic of Vitor with his arms around them?
Interesting lack of care about a Wolves manager there.
 
Fair enough the male player analogy maybe wasn't the best. But in an office environment it would no longer be considered appropriate for a person of authority to impose him/herself on other employees in this manner in the workplace - even if they consented.

Delighted that the club seem to be trying hard to make up for last seasons PR disaster by taking the Wolves Women’s team seriously
