Ameobi has been the best player on the pitch by a mile since he came on, stands out. Yet i'm pretty sure when we were linked with him many said he was shit.

People also said we need to change formation.
And that we need to start with Ojo.
And that we can sell Danny Batth because he's "Championship at best".

I actually think Ojo has been the better out of the two. The ball in for Edwards to shoot over the bar in the opening minutes, and the Hause header just before half time. Don't think the Feynoord Flyer has put a cross in of substance.

I was in the Ameobi isn't very good camp, and I am reluctant to change that after one half of an okay game. I still think he will pan out as a champ at best player. Would be interested to see how he does from now until Christmas before saying I might have got that wrong.
