Boris at it again and the contest to replace the lying c***

I already have an unbelievably low opinion of Johnson and Tory MPs, but even so they still manage to amaze me almost daily.

The line about the woman keeping warm on public transport the other day, then this about buying Tesco "value" to survive.

They really haven't got a fucking clue.

This Conservative Government...

Prime Minister - Is a proven lying bar steward.
Chancellor - Whilst holding office he thinks its fine to be holding a card decrying that he want to become a citizen of another nation whilst also using legitimate tax avoidance in the tax laws that he is in charge of to save his family £millions.
Home Secretary - Is a proven liar having secretly held talks with a foreign state against her PM's wishes and is a proven bully.
Foreign Secretary - Thinks that politics is all about photo opportunities and was naive enough to be fooled into stating that a part of Russia shouldn't be in Russia when answering questions on Russia in a press conference with her Russian counterpart.
Health Secretary - Had a backbone when quitting the Government but jumped back into bed with those who forced him out.
Minister for Brexit Opportunities - Clueless buffoon who tried to claim a win last week in temporarily abolishing measures that would have added costs to UK businesses due to the policy of Brexit he has spent the last decades championing. Also thinks that people who died in a fire when following instructions from the fire authorities should have had more sense. Also thinks that is uplifting that a % of the country has to use food banks.
Secretary of state for the Environment - Thinks that the nation is so stupid that he goes on national TV to tell them to buy home brand food to save money.
Secretary of State for Culture, Digital, Sport - Incorrectly thinks that Channel 5 was privatised, thought that the state was funding Channel 4 and announces on twitter that the BBC will lose funding because she didn't like how one of its journalists was questioning the PM. I mean its not hard to have a Minister who displays some knowledge of their department is it?
Deputy PM - Didn't realise the importance of Dover to UK EU trade. Also decided to stay on holiday when a Foreign Office crisis with regards to Afghanistan was developing.
Minister for Transport - Sold get rich quick schemes on the Internet using different names and denied doing it whilst he was an MP. He eventually came clean that he did.

I'm sure there's others I've forgotten.

The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland openly admitted that the Government's plans for customs checks in Northern Ireland broke international law, albeit in a limited and specific way. The previous incumbent didn't understand that Protestants and Catholics voted different ways in Northern Ireland.

The Attorney General frequently appears to not understand the law of the United Kingdom, which you'd think would be a bit of an issue.

Here they are thinking they're way cleverer than they actually are again.

That's actually a Conservative Party leaflet from North Tyneside (or Teesside, who knows). But if you nodded along with what was being said and thought "actually yeah, I won't vote Labour this time", who would you cast your vote for...

So cheating that probably actually costs them votes. 4D thinking gentlemen, it's like Classic Dom never left.

Having thrown the DUP under the bus with their lies about Brexit, they’ve given them an electoral favour tonight by saying that they’ll be no legislation in the queens speech to change the Protocol.
I’m sure that Grant Shapps has sent a complaint to the electoral commission.

Just the £7bn of profits for Shell. In three months. But we can't tax them, they'd get all upset or something.

BP also revealing massive profits. Wholesale gas prices are at their lowest levels since 2010 too why can't the cap be lowered again rather facing another rise in October?

Corbyn would have been worse!

Because capitalism?
Yep capitalism or more correctly extreme greed.
When I was a committed socialist I despised capitalism, as years went by I came to realise it was an inevitable consequence of human nature i.e. avarice. I'm now more cynical and I despise human beings instead.

I think the vast majority of human beings are more likely to want to help each other and have a strong sense of community and society, but the economic model we live in makes being able to strive for this a daily struggle that becomes too difficult. I think capitalism creates selfishness and greed amongst people and it is used as an excuse to justify the selfishness and greed of the ruling class. Because let's be blunt, you can mock and criticise Marx all you like, but one thing that he described is still true: we have a ruling class that is self serving and will do everything in their power to preserve their status as the ruling class.
