Football Trivia questions

Answer to the initial post:

Dalian Atkinson, David Beckham, Stan Collymore, Mark Draper, Steve McManaman, Michael Owen, Jermaine Pennant, Kevin Richardson, Vinny Samways and Jonathan Woodgate

So, Lineaker was wrong and we didn't get Vinny Samways and Mark Draper.

OK, without cheating, using only your memory on brain power, answer the following:

Which 3 players in the German Euro 2004 squad were also playing in the Premier League at the time?

Off the top of my head, I got 1 correct - but then I'm useless at this shizzle!

Hitzelsperger, Huth, Lehmann?

Got Didi and Lehmann but forgot about Ziege.

Didn't notice the next page...

I'll assume DW is right anyway!!

Of course he's bloody right! :D

Only one I got right was Hamman. I thought Steffen Freund was one of them, but alas no.

Freund was finished at international level by about 1998 I think.

Anyway I've created a question but it's a bit of an epic...will take a while to solve!

Ok, here we go...there are 40 (FORTY) players who have both played for Real Madrid AND played in the Premier League since 1 January 2000. Name them.

NB: Qualification is must have played at least one minute in a competitive first team fixture for Real Madrid and played at least one minute in the Premier League this century.

NB2: Try not to (at least at the outset) just name one player at a time or we really will be here forever. Get the obvious ones out of the way and we can go from there.

NB3: Do not discount the possibility that I've missed someone on my list. But I think it's 40.
