Not really, it’s a protocol rather than a player. You could play IPTV streams on kodi if you wanted to.

Illegal and paid for. I use smarters, through an android box, have done for a few years, it's top notch and only about £50 a year. Piece of piss to do

I have 6 IptV boxes and 600MB internet.
Running one you should be ok, a lot depends on the Bandwidth of your provider, and how popular the game is.
Last day of the season was about the worst for me, never have any trouble normally

Just a word of warning to those using IPTV and streams.

Go and get yourself a VPN to hide behind. The major ISPs (Internet Service Providers) by law now have to maintain records of everywhere you go and everything you do via the connection. The joys of the Snoopers' Charter I'm afraid.

Not through the VM box no as its accessing illegal streams of pay channels.

Its a service which is over the Internet. So either via a smart TV app, a small device you plug into the TV (like a firestick), or a full streaming box.
