How many appeals are allowed under South African law?

by the looks of things as many as they like until they get the result they want. Glad they didnt set the rules for the EU referendum! That said the sentence is lenient. There is only one sentence in british law for murder. Thats life imprisonment. The judge then recommends what that should equate too. SA law seems crazy. That said German law sucks nuts just as much - the NSU murders case isn't set to finish until 2017.....it began in May 2013
