I mean, I know what you're saying, but the police will establish the facts and that could well be what happened...not everything has to be a racist/ right wing or 'woke'/left wing 'narrative'?
 
I mean I've seen it on GB News and 'anti-woke' Twitter page so I'm comfortable with what I said.

There are excuses being made now, that weren't being made on the day. First it was "religion of peace strikes again", then "he's not white or 53, look at this brown man getting arrested", then "they haven't said he was the driver", then "why haven't they named him yet, bet his name won't be John Smith", and now it's "Liverpool fans attacked him and he had a panic attack".
 
OK I mean obviously people on both sides these days enjoy winding themselves up, but if you're gonna willingly watch GB News and 'anti-woke' social media pages then what exactly are you expecting to see and why are you exasperated by it?

Exactly.

Unfortunately everything does have a racist or * wing narrative now.
 
Only because every man and his dog parrots the same stuff whenever anything happens in the news, like they're the first person to ever say this stuff.

It's not even political argument; it's just 'ooh I saw some cunts and they were being cunts'. It's redundant and I hope as a culture we move on from it ASAP

So you're recommending an echo chamber where I shield myself from the views of others? I am interested in current affairs, differing perspectives and the odd social medial rabbit hole. I'm here to talk about stuff, not find a life coach

Everyone having an opinion on everything isn't a new thing, but everyone being able to share it to "everyone" is a new thing. I don't think that's going to change.
