The " Honey I'm home and I'm bloody starving , what's for dinner " Thread.

I bought some pigs in blankets because I've got to get the practice in before the big day. They were lovely but I'll be going with Taste The Difference ones when the time comes.

The way things are going we'll be enjoying a large bowl of steam for Christmas :)
 
I'll send you some food colouring to jazz the steam up a little.
 
Just got in from work. Pot noodle sandwich it is then...
 
Lamb chops, roast tatas, carrots, broccoli, mint gravy. Blinking lovely 👍
 
Homemade Chicken Madras filled Naan and Biryani Chicken.
 
One of my Dad's signature meals was Sicilian Spaghetti and when he popped his clogs I thought the recipe was lost until I found it in a folder in his office. Had a go at making it today...and fucked it right up. Didn't account for it being an old recipe and the timings being pre-fan-assisted ovens. I'll know for next time.

sausage casserole with roast potatoes.
plenty of herbs and veg in the casserole. cannot wait!
 
Roast chicken dinner today ( a herb rub on the chicken)
 
Pot roast brisket, roasties and greens.
 
I could eat chicken several times a week, no problem, but my wife is a very good cook so it's rarely dry
 
Lasagne, sauteed mushrooms and green beans.
