In no position to pass judgement on the best type or thing to do with potatoes, but stumbled upon parmentier potatoes yesterday in M&S, sautéed in shallot with garlic butter. Was at a loss what to do for dinner so added them to some salmon that was in the fridge, along with some tenderstem broccoli, a courgette, some piccolo tomatoes and a little bit of green pesto for the salmon.
I’m mean firstly I’m crap at cooking, and secondly I’ve no imagination or creativity, but blimey, don’t know where that came from but was wicked.
