The Summer 2025 Transfer Window Thread

90's and 00's Derby Wolf is shook at the prospect of Man Utd cherry picking Wolves best players.

Semedo linked with Man Utd. That would be very disappointing.

I thought Amorim’s “system” relied on wing backs?

Semedo is the best right back I’ve probably ever
seen at Wolves - but attacking as a wing back definitely is far from his greatest strength.

'Cunha has a release clause worth £62.5million ($84.4m), which United have asked to pay over five years rather than the required two, but Wolves expect the contractual requirements to be met.

Personal terms are already in place and there is an expectation on all sides that agreements will be finalised for the forward to join United.

United have prioritised a move for the 26-year-old Brazil international and he is keen on the switch after two-and-a-half seasons at Molineux.' - David Ornstein

It makes no difference to United from a FFP stand point so they are doing it purely for cashflow at the expense of ours. So they either go to Macquarie like we do if they are actually desperate (they aren’t, it’s just Jim being a cunt) or we can just charge them same as Macquarie.

Man Utd have offered Cunha £200k per week.

He was on £120k per week here.

United have now met the terms of the contract, so #Wolves have given permission for them to conclude the Matheus Cunha deal and start a medical #mufc
