I'm currently chilled with the situation as it feels as if we have better people making the decisions than in previous years. It’s almost like we’ve been here before…
No fooling here, we are probably watching the same train accident in slow motion but with different drivers. Impact is still a bit away, so until then feet up and let them get on with it.Fool me once shame on you, fool me 10 times etc
The fact Hobbs had 2 players lined up and Vitor binned them off the moment he went adds to that.Only having 1 over the line so far probably has more to do with the restructure than anything else. It was a bad time to do it, Hobbs should've gone months before.
All very well thinking that £20m is a great fee for Sa (which it would be!) but there’s the problem of trying to replace him. No direct Cunha/RAN/Semedo replacement anywhere near the building yet so adding Sa to the list would mean that we’re 4 down in nailed on starters from last season.
How dare you subtweet me like thisFool me once shame on you, fool me 10 times etc
It was, but we’d definitely gone beyond the “better late than never” stage and I could easily have imagined we’d have given Hobbs this summer, too.I think the fact that Vítor was allowed to hire Teti and that Vítor has stated multiple times that he's not here just to fight relegation means that by the time the window closes we'll have spent a significant amount on some real quality.

What is it a fortnight till the window closes?
sounds like a bollocks story more likely
Forest had a bid of €26m turned down, so we offered €25m…
Classic Jeff.
