I've gone Cunha, from a purely football sense, not sure how it could be anyone else.
Closely followed by Andre, Joao and Agba.
I've voted for João as he's been the best player (other than Cunha) over the whole season.

Cunha's lack of discipline and subsequent bans mean I can't vote for him.

As I said people can apply whatever reasons they want but for me Cunha has been the 'best' player.
However Joao has been my favourite player by a bucket full and personally I don't think he's as far behind Cunha as some have said.
I may have mis heard but I thought the comms on the City game said he'd made the most tackles in the game and the most tackles in the Premier league this season.
In a game that most thought wasn't his best, that says a lot.

Should be Cunha will not be surprised one bit if it's not. He isn't leading MM's poll and the comments under the tweet the club put with the link didn't seem like they'd be voting that way either.

I needed it to be on the record!

Jokes aside, it would be a toss up between Aggie and Cunha. Aggie still leaves me a bit perplexed sometimes, but so does Toti, and I love him. Like his Portuguese mate, Emmanuel is fantastic at recovering when he’s made a mistake, and even if his passing isn’t stunningly accurate, the fact that he actually attempts to break lines changes the way teams have to defend against us.

It's fucking ridiculous, honestly.

João Gomes has been great but does anyone actually think he's been a better player than Cunha this season? It's not even close.

Not for me. Djiga was supposed to be signed for that RCB slot and looked very nervy and not quite ready for Prem football.
Yet he wasnt signed for an instant impact. That has been evident since he arrived. Luckily we haven't had to use him.

Forbs was loaned with a purchase all but guaranteed if he was semi decent. He was meant to be a starter yet he has been frozen out to ensure we don't have to waste £11m on him.

As its player of the season I went for J Gomes, just couldn't get past the stupid amount of games Cunha has missed purely on himself.

It’s just Cunha, despite the suspensions he’s got over 20 goal involvements and was basically a 1 man team until we got a manager in.

Think Agbadou, Andre, Joao , Rayan and Larsen all get mentions but over the course of the whole season it has to be Cunha.

If it was favourite player i would have gone for Andre who i just love watching.

People won't not vote for Cunha on football reasons, it'll be because of his 'antics'.
I don't agree but it's up to people who they vote for and how they judge it.
Clearly anyone can choose to vote for whoever they choose but I’m not sure why you’d vote based on anything other than football reasons and that being the case Cunha has lapped everybody else in an 800m race.

I'm surprised by how far he's leading by on here tbf, but this place hasn't ever been representative of the wider fanbase at least social media wise

No, I would say that we don't but it is also possible to look at the bigger picture and see a player who has, on several occasions, put himself ahead of the good of the club. Cunha has done himself no favours with his antics in my book and that's why I wouldn't vote for him.
