**ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGES TO TWF - PLEASE READ!**

I know there's loads to sort - just a request more than anything - is there the intention to offer another colour scheme at some point? I literally *always* used the subtle blue/white scheme on the old forum because it was easier on the eyes, but also, I could get away with being on the forum at work!

Very much liking the new look. I'm also like Jinky with regards to the "at work" aspect.

I'm still having the same problem on a desktop; I can't see how to port to the first new post - it always sends me to the last one.

Mobile view is fine; you just click the thread and it takes you to the first new post.

Just click the thread title, it'll take you to the first new post.

We only seem to be on 20 posts per page, it was always 30 before. Can't see where to change this in my own settings or is it something that needs to be done on the back end?

Overjoyed to get back on here - was out for me all weekend & couldn't get it to reload.

Cleared everything I could think of, then hit the mainframe with a hammer a couple of times to see if that helped (didn't really as even I worked out that wasn't helpful). Only away for 48 hours, but in a time of more limited connections to the real world it is important.

Overall look is good (well done Vis and anyone else involved) - will have a trawl around now.

The Avatars look magnified and consequently some of the Avatar is not showing. Is there anything that can be done?

You can move the position of your avatar around in your settings. I’m not sure if you can zoom in and out but I know you can make it more central.

Another vote/request for Tapatalk here. It's all I use for forums nowadays.

I'm actually surprised how many people use Tapatalk - the mobile integration on here now is such a vast improvement I'd have thought it would make the need for Tapatalk pretty much redundant?

I always used Tapatalk previously but agree the new forum software has much better mobile optimisation so become pretty much redundant for me. Having it tucked away in Tapatalk alongside other forums was convenient I suppose but no real upheaval just keeping it the forum open in a tab on Chrome as an alternative.

Reinstating multi-quote would be nice for certain situations though, notice now it's not available on the desktop version either.

Just easier to access and when i first started using it in 2010 or whatever was a lot more friendly on the battery rather than using it through Safari.

Apart from familiarity, the big plus with Tapatalk is the alerts. Unless that's a feature on here I'm missing?

Most of the avatars look blurry. I'm assuming the image file size limit was previously quite small and they have been upsized during the switch. Probably easiest to upload it again - I will have a go when I am on the right laptop
