Post Covid football attendance

Great. Go and infect loads of others then you selfish twat.

To be fair he did say 'once restictions are lifted' is that selfish?

Will you be staying in for the rest of your life over fear of infecting other people?

Like I said in my reply to him/her that's a long way off yet and perhaps its hard for you to invisage that time at present but to call him/her a twat for saying they'll continue with every day life WHEN the advice is its relatively (nothing's ever completely safe) safe to do so is out of order in my opinion.

Like we said a couple of weeks back - we knew that at least something was on the cards at the Brighton game. We all went, we all sat in the pub, went to the bar (although I try to send people on my behalf if I can). I would 100% have gone to Olympiacos at home if there were nothing preventing me from doing so.

I washed my hands an extra time at that Brighton game that's about it ha!

Can't believe that was the last time I was out properly...……………...I'd give anything for a boring 0-0 matchday at Molineux now!

I'm REALLY missing football now, i was ok for a few weeks, but it's getting to me now, it's not the same as the summer break as you have something to look forward to, you have transfer chat, you have the new fixtures..

But i miss playing, watching, talking about it, reading about it, i was almost in tears when i watched those Traore goals against City, sad bastard i know. It isn't just the actual football, it's all the social aspects that come with it!

No I fully agree with you re living your life once all restrictions are lifted (think that's the key), You're right life is too short to worry about something that may or not kill you but it has to be a balancing act at the moment sadly we do need to put life on hold to an extent in an attempt to guarantee we and others around us have life to restart when the situation is better.

I get you argument and in say 2 months time hopefully when the numbers (cases & deaths) have been driven right down then I'm sure many more would agree with you.

Can't agree with the conspiracy theory type stuff re how deaths are counted though. From personal experience I know of someone who went into hospital with suspected Covid 19, he died before the postivie test result came back so any mention of Covid 19 was excluded from the death certificate.....so you could suspect the figures could be even higher.

I wouldn't allow this 'underlying health issues' to act as some sort of reason to not take it seriously. Realistically a lot of us may have underlying health issues that we're not even aware of nobody has really specified what they mean by that term and I believe it was something thrown in to try and avoid public panic to an extent. Especially when the government were still pressing with their herd immunity plan.

As for not worrying about it, then sorry but your're very very silly not to worry about it at this present time. If what you mean is will you worry about it enough to stop you living your normal life once it is possible to do so and then your answer is no.....I can kind of agree with that. Like I've said though we're far from that yet lets see when we get there.

I worry about nothing I cannot control, does that make me lucky or unlucky?

Currently we are coming out of 7 weeks in which I have left the apartment to go shopping, and 3 times to visit my bar and make sure it's ok.

We are not sure what will happen with regard to Spain, the president is under severe threat of losing the extension vote, therenis cannot of pressure from opposition parties worrying about the economy, and what will happen. The Costa Blanca, Del Sol and other areas are putting huge pressure to get us back to normal ASAP. if he does Spain will be wide open from the weekend, it will be really interesting to watch.

Andalucia has had hardly any cases Fuengirola has been quite safe, our problem has been second homeowners coming down from Madrid and bringing the virus with them.

Tomorrow I start working albeit with the doors locked and just me and the wife cleaning the bar, we are taking this opportunity to deep clean.

At the moment from Monday I will be open Terrace only at 50% capacity with Groups no greater than 10 together.

We have to follow certain requirements masks, gloves, cleaning tables, and Chairs between customers, table service only.

How will it pan out i dont think anyone knows, I would hope we see Tourism start again in July, without Tourists a lot of Businesses are going to go Bankrupt.

I am one of the lucky ones I still have enough money to lat 12 months with no income, a lot of people are not as lucky.

Since Saturday we have all been able to go out at certain times, for the wife and I it's 6AM - 10AM, and 8PM - 11PM. We have been out Sat, and Sun, stayed In Monday.
It is so busy out, you have to question if it would not be better to just open it up, it's busier on the Sea Front at 10:30 Than in the middle of August.

If the Corona virus is killed.by Heat, then we have to think it will die out now in Spain, we are already at 30 degrees.

Whilst I understand your view on Conspiracy theories, there are massive differences in the way figures are reported.

Englands figures count Care Home Deaths
Scotlands figures dont
As for the results not being in for tests that does bot proventheybare not including all deaths where COVID-19 was present as the cause of death.

Something none of us will ever know truthfully

1. Where it came from
2. Total number of people with it
3. Mortality rate
4. How it was predicted in books
5. How 1 booked even predicted Wuhan as the starting point.

Is time travel now available, one book I saw, predicted 2020 virus originating in Whuhan China that's a scary prediction

I will put this separately.

If once restrictions are lifted your going to worry about catching this Virus so avoid public places.

You may as well stay in permanently you may get knocked down and killed crossing the road

Pretty difficult to get knocked down if you're indoors.

As for books predicting it, what a load of bollocks.

Did exactly the same and watched the extended highlights away at City on YouTube the other day. It’s been such an amazing season with so many games - it’s left a right hole in life.

You are not the only one - it's not just the football, but the whole day & meeting up.

The home game v Man City is the one I really miss having been at (just wasn't possible at Christmas for family reasons) - one of those games that you just don't ever forget the emotion of being at (can still remember how I felt at the end of the Bristol City game in the Championship winng season on NY Eve)

All The Lights came on at work today and that's it, I miss football like fucking crazy now. Funnily, I'd done alright without it, even watching the Wolves Watch-alongs but been sat watching YouTube clips since I got in.

American author Dean Koontz predicted something weirdly similar to Coronavirus in 1981 in his novel, The Eyes of Darkness, where he invented a killer virus called “Wuhan-400” in the Chinese city where Covid-19 later emerged. For anyone who read the book, the virus differs from Coronavirus as it’s described as having a “kill-rate” of 100% and was developed in labs as a biological weapon.

End of the World, written by Sylvia Browne

In around 2020 a severe pneumonia-like illness will spread throughout the globe, attacking the lungs and bronchial tubes resisting all known treatments. Almost more baffling than the illness itself will be the fact that it will suddenly vanish as quickly as it arrived, attack again ten years later, and then disappear completely.”

So Dean Koontz the horror writer is now a time traveller?

I'll have a half of what you're on.

So the PL needs to plan for a season off in 2030?

When Koontz wrote the book, the virus was Russian, called Gorki-400. It was changed in later reprints.

Koontz has written some really, really good books, btw. Either way, think of all the tens of thousands of books written every year and published. Odds suggest someone is going to come close, plot-wise.

Did you just apply intelligence to a conversation ??

According to the L-Space theory all possible outcomes and books are written somewhere!

Is that a new announcement Tony? The one from yesterday said organised sport back in September but golf and tennis could start next week.
