No, I'm finding it very surreal but I'm safe at home and I'm fortunate to have my girlfriend and stepdaughter with me all the time, and my kids here 50% of the time.

Those of you working from home, do you miss the workplace and your workmates?

I do a bit - my workload is no different but the virtual meetings are a bit annoying when some people have poor connections etc.

I'm always doing it!

Whilst being home, anyone started up a new hobby,or re-started one from years ago?

Nice to see folks playing along with this thread. Just a bit of fun, passes the time, and we find out bits about each other, even if it's things like what we've all had for breakfast :icon_lol:

Anyone else wake up in a morning and think ' What bloody day is it?
I'm deliberately wearing my days of the week socks to help combat this. I also have my to do list which is broken down by day, so I usually have an idea of what day it is. The date is another matter...
Whilst being home, anyone started up a new hobby,or re-started one from years ago?
Not yet, but have dug out a few old model kits that I was given for birthdays/xmas that I never got round to making, and other stuff like a cheap teach yourself magic kit. May as well spend the time in a worthwhile way. Have been planning loads of garden jobs.
What did you have for breakfast?
Cup of tea. Never really eat breakfast.
Since all this started, and it all became really real, have you cried? Either with feelings of sadness, worry, anger?
No, but I have welled up seeing some of the positive stories of people supporting each other.
Those of you working from home, do you miss the workplace and your workmates?
God No! :icon_lol:
We're on some app to communicate, so there's constant typed chat, and a weekly video call that is excruciating. I never wanted to work from home. Theoretically I should hate it, but having loads of great music on in the background is ace. Revisiting loads of great stuff, and couldn't do that in the office. Only thing I miss is cycling to/from for the exercise.
